Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for defects and confirm that it meets our return criteria. If the defect is verified, the refund will be processed within 72 hours. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment or as agreed upon.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product defect is confirmed by Publiker Social. In the case of a defect verified by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Non-Eligible Returns
The following conditions are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Products that have been altered, damaged, or used in a manner not intended.
  • Items without valid proof of defect.
  • Products that are returned after the 72-hour period.
